2. Scope of Services
Movingto provides advisory, application, and related services for digital nomad visas, residency and citizenship by investment ("Golden Visas"), international tax optimization, family relocation, and property search and acquisition assistance.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
2.1 No Investment Advice and Risk Acknowledgment
The Services, including any guidance or information provided related to Golden Visa investment funds or other investment opportunities, are offered purely for informational purposes and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Movingto is not a registered investment adviser or broker and does not provide fiduciary services. You acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and discretion. Movingto shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your investment decisions, including without limitation any loss of funds or profits.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it to keep it accurate.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct and Obligations
You shall not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or other accounts, systems, or networks.

- Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the Services or Content.
7. License to Use Content
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
- Your license terminates immediately upon termination of these Terms.
8. User Content
- You retain ownership of any User Content you submit.
- By submitting User Content, you grant Movingto a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the Services and Movingto's business operations.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not infringe any third party rights.
- We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content at our sole discretion.
9. DMCA and Takedown Policy
If you believe any Content infringes your copyrights, please contact us at info@movingto.io with a written notice containing:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the infringing material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
Upon receipt, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

- The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Movingto.
- We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movingto disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The guidance, information, or materials provided regarding Golden Visa investment funds or other investment opportunities do not constitute investment advice or recommendations. Movingto does not guarantee any returns and shall not be liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your investment decisions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Movingto, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any loss of funds, investments, or profits arising from or related to your use of the Services or your investment decisions.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Movingto in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Movingto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your User Content or use of the Services.
- Your violation of any law or third party right.
14. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, and you must delete all copies of Content obtained from the Services.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising under these Terms.
16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
- You and Movingto agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in English, in Singapore.
- You and Movingto waive the right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class or representative action.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government orders.
18. Assignment
Movingto may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment is void.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
21. Notices
- We may provide notices to you by posting on the Website or via email to your registered address.
- You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all notices satisfy any legal requirement.
22. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at our discretion. We will post the updated Terms with a new Effective Date and, if required by law, notify you by email or in-application notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
